This is an amazing old sign from a Swedish restaurant, found at a Swedish auction. It is a vibrant red and yellow and what a delight for your Swedish country look in your kitchen. The translation is English says ""Enjoy life, eat something tasty at Svea Gillet". The word gillet means a banquet or feast or a party and this was the name of the restaurant. However, we were unable to find out just where in Sweden this restaurant was located, possibly closed now. I wish we knew, smile. It is 19 3/4", X 54 3/4" and we will ship to you in a crate, the same as we received it. It is made of a pressed board but it is in great condition. Please send us your zip for actual shipping costs.
